The Role

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer / Superintendent to coordinate, manage, and deliver the end-to-end project life cycle for high-profile urban/land development, subdivision, earthworks, and urban renewal projects.

With previous experience in the urban/land development market, the successful candidate will apply innovative, economical, and practical methods to drive the success of complex, high-priority, major urban development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex and large-scale urban projects from start to finish, including feasibility, design, and construction managementUndertake financial management, client liaison, and contract administration of assigned projectsProvide oversight and governance to resolve project issues and ensure high-quality project outcomesProvide coaching and support to project personnelUndertake technical problem-solvingSource, build, and maintain strong and effective client relationships through successful project delivery and targeted activities

About You

Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalentMinimum 4 years domestic superintendency experience, with an urban development/land development focusPrevious experience working within an Engineering Design ConsultancyHigh level communication skills to advise and guide project delivery in a pro-active mannerKnowledge of relevant design codes, Local Regulatory Authority Guidelines and Australian Standards
