About The Role

The Store Managers’ primary role is leading and training of team members, striving for increased sales and wage control through the rotation of stock and delivering the high level of customer service experience. This will ensure that Spendless Shoes will continue to be the friendliest shoe people in the world!

Your Attributes

Previous experience in a Retail/ Hospitality or Sales industryLeadership skills to mentor and develop your team Stock management and merchandising experience Understanding of sales budgets & KPI'sKnowledge of rosters, wage control & people performanceEffective communication skills with the ability to adaptStrong Customer service skillsThrive in a fun, fast-paced work environmentHave the motivation to be successful You're confident and passionateYou have a passion for fashion footwear
