Dudley Private Hospital is a 62 bed facility that provides a comprehensive range of medical, surgical, rehabilitation and psychiatric services. The hospital has 4 Operating Theatres including a Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our busy and fast paced recovery team at Dudley Private Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

About The Role

As a recovery nurse, you will provide post-operative care to patients after surgery or anaesthesia. This will include monitoring observations, managing pain, and watching for complications. You will also document patient progress, give medications and fluids as prescribed, and support safe discharge or transfer.

Skills And Experience

Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered NurseMinimum two (2) years Anaesthetics, Scrub Scout, Recovery or perioperative experience.Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focusDemonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.Ability to work a rotating roster

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

Additional Information
