Senior Associate / Special Counsel, Insurance

Kennedys is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Perth office, working closely with Partner Jonathan Wyatt.

This is an excellent role for an experienced litigator seeking a senior position with genuine responsibility, strong client exposure and the chance to play a key part in a busy and growing practice. The role has a strong focus on construction professional indemnity and first-party property matters, including complex disputes involving construction defects, property damage, indemnity and coverage issues, and business interruption claims. In addition, you'll work across a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes, including financial lines matters, casualty and product liability claims, regulatory investigations and marine and transport-related claims.
