We have roles across Dental Nursing and Receptionist roles for the right candidates.

We are looking for a Full/Part Time Dental Assistant and/or receptionist to join our team. One late night per week is required.

Your past experience

• Dental Front Office or experience in a clinical setting (Highly Regarded)

• Dental nursing experience (not Necessary)

• High level patient/customer communication expertise

• Experience developing strong patient relationships

• Demonstrable multi-tasking competence

• Motivated and reliable self-starter

• Strong team player

Your key responsibilities

• Patient concierge, medical history collection and updating

• Patient appointment setting, co-ordination and management

• Payment co-ordination and reconciliation

• Patient enquiry booking and management

• Clinician diary management

• Health fund liaison and co-ordination
