What's the role? 

As a Senior Operations Manager in Mortgage Operations Servicing, you will be working within the Mortgage Operations Servicing leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and delivering improvements to the customer lifecycle and processes that impact the customer within Servicing. Following a Customer Centric Design model, you will support the effective delivery of the Mortgage Operations Servicing strategy, operational automation, reporting, and digitisation requests, as well as other non-automated process improvements within Mortgage Servicing.

What do I need?

To be successful in this role you must be experienced in mentoring teams, with strong project delivery experience with a mortgage operations background. You must also have demonstrable experience with data extraction and analysis using Excel and PowerBi.
