About This Role

Forget the high-volume, script-reading call centre environment. This is a territory-based customer service role where you’ll become the key contact for resellers and customers in your region.

You’ll work closely with Territory Managers to support customer needs, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain strong ongoing relationships across your portfolio.

About You

We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for customer experience, along with agricultural experience or exposure. You may be a recent agriculture graduate, have worked in a rural, farming, retail, or hospitality environment, or currently be in a customer service role and looking for your next challenge.
