About the role

Salary: $127,793 – $138,321 per annum plus superannuation
The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking People Systems & Analytics Lead to take ownership of our People systems, workforce analytics, reporting capability and data governance framework.
This role sits at the centre of our People & Culture function, ensuring leaders have access to trusted workforce information, meaningful insights and fit-for-purpose technology that supports strategic decision-making, workforce planning and organisational performance.
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will lead the optimisation of People systems, drive workforce reporting and analytics, and play a critical role in the successful delivery of our HRIS and Payroll Transformation program. Acting as the client-side Product Owner, you will develop the capability and knowledge required to assume ongoing operational ownership of our new People platform following implementation.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data, systems and business partnership to create a modern, evidence-based and highly effective People function.
