We are looking for energetic, reliable and driven Call Agents to join our growing team.

This is not a passive customer-service role. You will be speaking with prospective clients, creating interest in our services and booking appointments for our finance and property specialists.

You do not need previous experience in property or finance. We provide training, scripts, coaching and ongoing support. What matters most is your communication ability, resilience, positive attitude and willingness to improve.

If you are prepared to put in the work, this role offers more than just extra income—it is a genuine entry point into sales, property, finance and wealth creation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for:

• Making outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Building rapport and holding professional, engaging conversations.

• Introducing our property, finance and wealth-creation services.

• Identifying client interest and booking qualified appointments.

• Working towards clear activity, call and appointment targets.

• Maintaining accurate notes and following proven systems and processes.

• Taking on coaching and feedback to continuously improve your performance.

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive hourly rate plus performance-based incentives and bonuses.

• Minimum 12 hours per week.

• Regular afternoon shifts, generally 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, four days per week.

• Occasional Saturday shifts may also be available.

THE REALITY

Outbound calling can be challenging. Not every person will be interested, and good results come from consistency, confidence, and effort.
