About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our workshop and rental office through a mix of administration, stock control, and hands-on support.

Reporting to the State Manager SA, you will ensure all administrative functions, fleet records, and workshop processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage workshop administration including job cards, purchase orders, and invoicing

• Maintain accurate fleet and vehicle records using internal systems

• Assist with stock control, including receipting, inventory, and stocktakes

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely supply and best value purchasing

• Coordinate and assist with parts, freight, and vehicle collections/deliveries

• Support workshop housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment

• Assist with office requirements such as registrations and notices

• Provide professional and courteous service to customers, suppliers, and team members

• Ensure compliance with company policies and WHS requirements

 About You

You are a proactive team player who takes pride in your work and has a strong eye for detail. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can balance administrative duties with hands-on support tasks.

 Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a workshop, fleet, or similar environment (preferred)

• Strong administration and data entry skills with high accuracy

• Experience with computer systems and ability to learn new software

• Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills and a professional approach

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Basic mechanical or workshop knowledge (advantageous)
