Country Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the strategic direction of the business and ensure effective execution of growth initiatives.Drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth through both existing and new market opportunities.Deliver full commercial accountability across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain and financial performance.Lead and execute major business transformation initiatives to improve capability, scalability and competitiveness.Build, develop and inspire a high-performing leadership team and an accountable, performance-driven culture.Strengthen strategic customer relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities and channels for growth.

About You:
You are an experienced CEO, Managing Director, General Manager or Country Manager with a demonstrated track record of leading manufacturing businesses with full commercial and operational accountability.
You are recognised as a transformational leader who combines strong commercial acumen with operational discipline and the ability to execute at pace.
In addition, you will bring:Proven success delivering aggressive growth strategies and market expansion initiatives.Experience leading business transformation, organisational redesign and performance improvement programs.Strong P&L management capability with a focus on profitability, cash flow and sustainable growth.Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and expand recurring or repeat revenue streams.A track record of building high-performing executive leadership teams.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at Board level.
