About the role
Are you passionate about empowering young people to thrive? Join the CASY House team and use your case management skills to support young people in crisis to build resilience, develop independence, and create pathways to a brighter future.
About this opportunity
CASY House provides crisis accommodation for young people experiencing homelessness and other complex life circumstances. Every young person who comes through our doors has their own story, and every story deserves compassionate, therapeutic support.
As a Case Manager, you'll provide holistic, trauma-informed support to young people experiencing homelessness, family conflict, domestic and family violence, trauma, and other complex challenges. Working closely with Youth Workers, you'll develop and coordinate support plans, conduct assessments, connect young people with services, and advocate across systems to help them achieve their goals and transition to sustainable housing.
This role is about more than managing a caseload. You'll become a trusted support person, walking alongside young people as they build resilience, develop life skills, and work towards a safe, stable, and independent future.
At YWCA, we believe a safe and secure home can change a life. You will help make that possible and be part of a supportive, values led team that learns and grows together. Learn more about us here and CASY House here.
