About the Role 

Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking full-time Education Counsellors to join our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing expert education and migration guidance to international students.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide professional education counselling and study plan advice to international students. 

Assist students in preparing application documents and liaising with education providers. 

Manage student applications, enrolments, and support visa applications. 

Deliver after-sales support, ensuring a seamless transition for students. 

Keep up to date with industry trends and attend training with education partners. 

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and sales performance. 

Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events as required. 

Ideal Candidate: 

We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for education and student services. The ideal candidate will have: 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. 

High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. 

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 

The ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. 

Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken & written). 

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Prior experience in education consulting or counselling is highly preferred. 

Australian bachelor's or master’s study experience is advantageous. 

Eligible work rights: Valid Australian work visa (e.g. 485, PR, etc.).
