Westbrook Tavern isn’t your average local — we’re part of the Star Group, Queensland’s largest independent hotel and pub group, and we’re known for doing things a little differently. Now we’re searching for a driven, people-loving Head Chef to take the reins and lead our kitchen into its next exciting chapter.

Our passion is to be the locals place of habitat, therefore we need someone to make them feel at home in the surrounds of our quality food offering at Star Hotel venues.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef (or a rockstar Senior Sous ready to level up)
• A passion for flavour, consistency, and elevating the pub dining experience
• Leadership that inspires – coaching, mentoring, and building a strong, positive culture
• High standards in food safety, presentation, and operational efficiency
