What you'll be doingAs a Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of product strategy from concept through to delivery, ensuring every initiative delivers value for both customers and the business.
Your responsibilities will include:Defining and executing product vision, strategy and long term roadmapIdentifying opportunities to improve customer experience, digital journeys and commercial outcomesLeading product discovery through customer research, market insights and data analysisPrioritising initiatives that maximise customer value and business impactCollaborating with Technology, Operations, Sales, Risk and Customer teams to bring products to marketUsing customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously optimise productsExploring and implementing AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency
What you'll bringYou'll be an experienced product leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
We're looking for someone with:Significant Product Management experience within fintech, lending, payments or digital financial servicesProven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and customer-facing digital productsStrong commercial acumen with a customer first mindsetThe ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutionsExperience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross functional teamsA passion for innovation, AI and creating exceptional digital experiences
