About the role
Are you ready to shape a brand new leadership role and make a meaningful difference in regional mental health care?
Amity Health is seeking an experienced and values-driven Program Manager, Mental Health Services to lead a growing portfolio of community-based mental health programs across regional Western Australia. This newly created role offers the opportunity to influence service delivery, support multidisciplinary teams and strengthen access to high-quality, person-centred care across the Great Southern, Southern and Northern Wheatbelt, and Southern Coastal Goldfields regions.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new leadership position and help shape the future of Amity Health’s Mental Health Services. You will lead programs that support early intervention, active case management, social and emotional wellbeing, community connection and therapeutic support for people across regional communities.
What You’ll Lead
In this role, you will provide operational leadership across a diverse mental health portfolio, with the autonomy to build strong systems, develop people, strengthen partnerships and support services to deliver meaningful outcomes for regional communities.
