Intermediate Legal Assistant – Disputes Resolution & Litigation Sydney  

The Firm
Our client’s high performing Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Sydney is expanding and is seeking a driven Legal Assistant. 

The Role

This is a fast paced, hands on role supporting a busy litigation practice and senior leadership, including Executive Assistant support to the Chairman of Partners and General Counsel. You will manage diaries and travel, assist with court documents and e filing, handle billing and matter administration, and provide general document and administrative support.

About You 

2-4 years' experience in a law firm environment (litigation experience highly regarded), with strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced setting. Experience with legal systems (e.g. FileSite, Expert) is advantageous, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, team focused approach, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
