Contract Administrator - Inner South

We’re working with two established builders who are both looking to add a Contract Administrator to their Sydney teams, based in the Inner South.

While the businesses and projects are different, both opportunities offer the chance to work across interesting construction projects, take ownership of your packages and work closely with experienced project teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing contracts from award through to completion
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Progress claims, variations and payment schedules
• EOTs, notices and general contract administration
• Cost tracking, forecasting and reporting
• Working closely with PMs, Site Managers and the broader delivery team
• Keeping the commercial side of projects running smoothly

What we’re looking for
You’ll ideally have a few years’ experience as a Contract Administrator with a builder and be comfortable managing your own packages.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially switched-on, organised and proactive, but just as importantly, someone who is easy to work with and enjoys being part of a team.

You don't need to tick every box. If you've got solid construction CA experience and are looking for a role where you can continue to develop, we'd be keen to hear from you.
