2027 Law Graduate

Our Melbourne office is seeking multiple Law Graduates to join us in February 2027. We know you want practical experience and diversity, and our 12-month graduate program will allow you to gain experience through rotations in at least three practices, working with a number of different senior lawyers and partners from day one. You will gain hands-on experience by working on a variety of matters with experts across different specialities of law, allowing you to discover your strengths and interests.

Our program is tailored to provide personalised on-the-job training, formal learning programs, real case experience, client interaction, and direct contact with partners to support your journey towards admission as a lawyer. You can expect to develop your technical legal skills, commercial acumen and confidence to make the successful transition from a law student to a legal practitioner in a supportive environment.

To be successful for one of our Law Graduate positions, you will have:

Demonstrated academic excellence throughout your tertiary studiesA curious mindset with high quality research skills and demonstration of critical thinkingStrong attention to detailClear and concise verbal and written communication skillsDigital capabilityAbility to build positive and respectful relationships quickly, with a team player attitudeAn ability to demonstrate initiative and take a proactive approach to solving problems

Please note, this program is for students in their final year of study in 2026 or recently graduated and not yet in professional work.
