ABOUT THE ROLE:

O'Neill & Brown Group are looking to recruit a Service Scheduler and Administrator to join our growing service team. If you would like to join our team and have the below qualifications and skillset, please apply.

Duties Include:

 * First point of contact for all customers via email and phone
 * Scheduling appointments for clients and ensuring customer requirements are met
 * Ensuring Service Technicians have work scheduled.

 * Support Accounts Payable and Receivable functions

 * Process and manage Purchase Orders, Quotation and invoicing requests.

 * Provide Service Administration Support

Qualifications / Skillset:

 *Previous experience working if a fast-paced office environment 
 * Great communication and customer service skills
 *Experience using SimPro (Not essential but desirable)
 * Time efficient, punctual, reliable and thorough
 * Critical thinker that has the ability to multi-task
