Restaurant Supervisor

• Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and hospitality
• Welcome guests and ensure a positive dining experience
• Coordinate table service and manage the flow of service
• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
• Allocate staff positions and manage breaks during service
• Train, coach and motivate team members
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Monitor food and beverage presentation and service standards
• Ensure opening, closing and daily operational procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards
• Assist with stock control, ordering and wastage management
• Monitor POS, bookings and takeaway/delivery operations
• Ensure RSA, food safety, WHS and company procedures are followed where applicable
• Assist with staff performance and operational issues
• Help maintain a positive, professional and team-focused workplace

Pay: $58,802.20 – $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cairns QLD 4870: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
