We are seeking an Internal Sales - Warehousing Person to join their enthusiastic Canning Vale team. 

About the role

You will be responsible for: 

• Picking and packing orders

• Processing quotes and invoices

• Booking couriers

• Liaising with suppliers for backorders 

• Liaising with customers for queries and order updates 

• Loading and unloading trucks using the electric forklift 

• Data entry including sales orders, purchase orders & quotations

• Handling warm/cold inbound & outbound leads

• Answering inbound calls

• Processing and following up quotations

• Dealing & serving customers who visit the branch

• Assisting with general enquiries

• Working in our positive team culture with a ‘can do attitude’

The Candidate

The successful candidate must be practical, able to communicate clearly with all types of customers and be confident to serve them. They must be flexible, trustworthy and reliable. The person must be self-motivated, able to work quickly under pressure when required and able to work with minimal supervision. You will need a willingness to "jump in" with all areas of the operation, working as a team to achieve daily goals & targets.

• Previous experience in a sales & warehousing including pick/pack

• Good communication skills, both written and oral

• Good computer skills

• Excellent ability to work as part of a team

• Forklift licence

• Driving licence
