Where You'll Make a Difference

Support new product introductions, manufacturing trials, and process scale-up activities.Analyze process data and prepare technical reports with recommendations for improvement.Develop process documentation and temporary manufacturing instructions.Participate in safety reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and RC&D teams to deliver business objectives.Support capital projects, equipment commissioning, and plant start-up activities.

What Makes You The Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.3+ years’ experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.Understanding of process development, scale-up, and manufacturing operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience in food ingredients, beverage, flavour, or nutrition manufacturing.Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.Experience supporting capital investment or operational excellence projects.
