About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician to join our team in Cambridge. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be playing an integral role in servicing our windows and doors product range.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing various site evaluations 

• Handling installation and assembly of Dowell’s Windows and Doors

• Managing repair and maintenance work 

• Interpreting project details and documentation 

• Overseeing supplies and inventory as needed

• Recording work activities and outcomes 

• Upholding safety standards in daily tasks 

What We’re Looking For:

• A can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the box and solve problems

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Experience installing windows and doors

• Current Driver’s License and White Card 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness and flexibility to travel
