Waiter/Bartender/Barista

Martini & Co Werribee is a Modern Australian Restaurant known for its creative menu and casual dining experience. We’re urgently hiring skilled and motivated individuals for our front of house team to fill the roles of Bartender, Waiter/Waitress. Positions Available:

1. Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, specializing in cocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Multi task ability, team player, problem solver.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in restocking and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cocktails and drink mixing.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
• Ability to handle pressure during busy service periods.

2. Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
• Operate coffee machines and other equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with FOH and service when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a coffee service role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for coffee.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

3. Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers.
• Ensure a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for all guests.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a waitstaff role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $20.00 – $38.00 per hour
