The Role

• Work in an iconic venue in Carlton
• Career growth and development
• Deliver food and beverage service to guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner
• Student and Working Holiday Visa holders welcome to apply
• Mon to Sun, day and evening shifts
• 15 to 30 hours per week
• Wednesday to Sunday availability highly regarded
• Level 2: Mon–Fri $33.85 | Sat $40.62 | Sun $47.39 | Public Holiday $67.70 per hour, plus super

 

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in similar role, coming from premium fast-paced venues such as hotel, events, premium dining venues
• Passion and an extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offering
• Possess an eye for detail and a focus on customer experience
• Able to carry 3 plates and complete tray service
• Basic barista skills (able to do basic latte art)
• Proactive and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
• Hold a valid VIC RSA (competency card) & Working with Children Check
