About You:
We’re looking for team members who take pride in their work and are passionate about producing high-quality results. The ideal candidates will have:
Minimum 3 years’ experience (for qualified trades roles)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality
A desire to be part of a professional, close-knit team
Familiarity with PPG and associated equipment (highly regarded)
Ability to interpret & follow OEM procedures accurately
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates
Current Australian driver’s licence
Full Australian working rights
Key Responsibilities (depending on role):
Spray Painters: Smash repairs, hail damage repair, Efficient Prep, Application and Buff of vehicles with care and accuracy achieving OEM finish
