About You:

We’re looking for team members who take pride in their work and are passionate about producing high-quality results. The ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience (for qualified trades roles)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• The ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality

• A desire to be part of a professional, close-knit team

• Familiarity with PPG and associated equipment (highly regarded)

• Ability to interpret & follow OEM procedures accurately

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):

• Spray Painters: Smash repairs, hail damage repair, Efficient Prep, Application and Buff of vehicles with care and accuracy achieving OEM finish
