We are seeking qualified Bus Drivers to join our professional and welcoming Transport Team. Whether you're looking for casual work or regular part-time hours, this is an opportunity to play an important role in helping our students travel safely to and from school each day.

As a Northside Bus Driver, you will safely transport students while delivering exceptional customer service to students, parents and staff. You will help ensure every journey is safe, punctual and enjoyable.

This role offers casual or part-time employment, generally between 10–30 hours per week, during school terms.

Typical shift times include:

• Morning runs: 6:15am – 8:30am
• Afternoon runs: 2:15pm – 4:30pm
• Opportunities may be available to work morning shifts, afternoon shifts or both.

You are a safe and reliable driver who enjoys interacting with children and building positive relationships with families and colleagues. You are dependable, professional and committed to delivering excellent service every day.

You will bring:

• A personal Christian faith and commitment to the mission and values of Christian education.
• A safe driving record with previous bus driving or Heavy Rigid vehicle experience.
• A current HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence, or a minimum MR Licence with willingness to undertake College-supported training to obtain an HR Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to build positive, professional relationships with students, parents and staff.
• Flexibility to work morning and/or afternoon shifts during school terms.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience (highly regarded).

You will also hold, or be eligible to obtain:

• A current Driver Authorisation.
• A Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card).
