With a huge footprint directly on the beautiful waters of Shaws Bay, we are a food and entertainment driven, high capacity and high turnover venue. 

A brand-new kitchen, Marana Forni pizza oven, and quality equipment fit out await. 

About the Role

Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an elevated food offering, we are on the hunt for a talented and dedicated pizza chef to join our team and take our Traditional Woodfired Pizza's to the next level! The role is open to both fulltime and casual applicants.

What you will be Doing

• Expertly preparing and cooking a variety of delicious woodfired pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients

• Leading the pizza section, ensuring co-ordination with the kitchen .

• Ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of all pizzas that leave the kitchen

• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards

To be Truly Successful in this team we ask that you have

• Have a passion for premium quality food, produce and service

• Minimum 2 Years experience as a pizza chef

• Are able to work in a busy & fast paced kitchen

• Are well-presented & maintain the highest of standards at all times

• Work in a clean and calm manner

• Able to work nights & weekends as part of a flexible roster

• Right to work in Australia
