Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce & Systems, you’ll be hands-on across Shopify, Monday.com and Klaviyo helping bring campaigns to life, keep operations humming and continuously improve how things are done.

What you’ll be stepping into:

·       A role where you’ll contribute to a team from product listings and inventory through to campaign execution

·       Real exposure to ecommerce operations, integrations and process improvement

·       A collaborative environment working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Production and external partners

A snapshot of your day-to-day:

You’ll be assisting in managing the ecommerce engine keeping product data accurate, campaigns aligned, orders flowing and systems talking to each other. From setting up pre-order campaigns and supporting Klaviyo communications, to troubleshooting website issues and improving workflows in Monday.com… you will be supporting in keeping everything connected.

You’ll also have a voice. Spot inefficiencies? See a better way? You’ll be encouraged to challenge, improve and optimise.

What we’re looking for:

You will have 1–3 years in ecommerce, digital or systems but more importantly, you’re someone who:

·       Loves detail and getting things right

·       Understands how ecommerce actually works behind the scenes

·       Enjoys working across platforms like Shopify (bonus if you’ve touched Klaviyo or Monday.com)

·       Is curious, proactive and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

·       Thinks in solutions, not problems
