Casual Flat Rates commencing from:

• Day shift: $65.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour when assigned to a Fortescue/FMG site.
• Night shift: $72.80 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour when assigned to a Fortescue/FMG site.

• Day shift and Night shift availability
• Experience with plant and equipment on port and mine sites preferred
• Maintenance and Punchlist experience highly regarded
• Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
• Mark out steel components in accordance with engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standards
• Solid understanding of current Australian Welding Standards.
• Welding techniques including, but not limited to, MMAW, FCAW and Arc air gouging.
• MSIC desireable
• Follow quality control systems and techniques
• Perform other general duties as required

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
• Construction White Card
• Work Safely at Heights (within 2 years of issue)
• Enter and Work in Confined Space (within 2 years of issue)
• Gas Test Atmospheres (desirable)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical and regular / random Drug and Alcohol screens
• Additional Tickets will be highly regarded
