Your purpose: 

As the Media Implementation Account Director, you will work alongside another Account Director and lead a team of Managers, Executives and Assistants. You'll be the expert leading our search, and social for a new client (one of Australia's largest retailers), fully understanding briefs, contributing to wholistic digital strategies and working with your managers to build responses and channel strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of day to day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic - leveraging support of the team where needed.
• Lead and oversee your team's product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billing
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, agency partners and media partners
• Creating optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy
• Business development with new and existing clients; including contributing to pitches, proposals, case studies & acting on opportunities as they crop up.

Your Expertise:

• Proven experience in a similar role across search and social in particular
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team
• Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client facing role
• Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network
• Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for working within digital activation & cross team collaboration
