Our Care Community is nestled amongst mature trees and manicured gardens, with spacious outdoor areas

We are seeking a warm, creative and organised Wellbeing Manager to develop and deliver engaging lifestyle, leisure and wellbeing programs that support residents’ independence, connection, choice and quality of life.

About the role

• $40.58 - $43.75 per hour (DOE), plus 12% superannuation.

• Permanent Full-Time position

In this hands-on leadership role, you will plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate person-centred lifestyle programs that reflect residents’ interests, goals, cultural backgrounds and individual needs. You will work closely with residents, families, volunteers and the broader care team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where residents feel valued, connected and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver meaningful individual and group lifestyle activities that promote social, emotional, physical, cultural and spiritual wellbeing.
• Complete lifestyle assessments and develop programs that reflect each resident’s preferences, abilities and life history.
• Coordinate events, celebrations, community connections and outings that encourage participation and belonging.
• Support residents living with dementia and other complex needs through inclusive, dementia-friendly activities.
• Guide, support and work alongside lifestyle team members, volunteers and care team.
• Collaborate with clinical, care and allied health teams to support holistic resident wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation, activity calendars and evaluation records in line with organisational and aged care requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, resident feedback processes and a positive home culture.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in business, management or allied health
• Experience developing lifestyle, wellbeing, recreational or engagement programs, ideally within aged care or disability services.

• Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
• A genuine passion for supporting older people to live with dignity, choice and purpose.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead activities, motivate others and adapt programs to individual needs.
• Sound computer skills and confidence maintaining records and reports.
• Understanding of person-centred care, dementia support and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and pre-employment medical.
