About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse in aged care, you will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care that supports older people to maintain their health, independence, and quality of life. Working closely with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team, you'll make a meaningful difference every day by building trusted relationships and helping people live with dignity, comfort, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Medications and treatments within your scope of practice
• Deliver high quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
• Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.
• Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting choice and independence.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful and collaborative working environment

What You Will Need

• AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse 
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Personal attributes - empathy, compassion and patience

Candidates must hold a current National Police Clearance. In line with current health guidelines for the aged care sector, candidates are strongly encouraged to be up to date with all recommended vaccinations.
