THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll partner with business leaders to deliver engaging content, integrated campaigns and stakeholder initiatives across a diverse range of audiences, including employers, injured workers, brokers and industry partners.
Using your strengths in multi-channel communications, digital marketing and storytelling, you’ll help strengthen relationships, showcase EML’s expertise and drive meaningful engagement and business outcomes.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities.Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create clear, compelling communications.Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events.Manage marketing materials from concept through to delivery, ensuring brand consistency.Plan and deliver internal and external events, conferences and stakeholder initiatives.Track campaign performance and use data to improve future activity.Identify opportunities to strengthen EML’s reputation, brand awareness and industry presence.
About You
Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing and communications role within a complex or regulated organisation.Demonstrated experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns from end to end.Exceptional writing and editing skills across digital, social, email, web, video and executive communications.Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.Hands-on experience using content management systems, SharePoint, Canva and email marketing platforms.Strong understanding of brand governance, campaign reporting and audience engagement.Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.A relevant qualification in communications, marketing, journalism or public relations is desirable.
