Parramatta Marist High School is a Catholic school with a history and tradition spanning 200 years. Since 1875 it has been shaped by the Marist charism, one that flows from a basic trust in God and a desire to follow Christ in the way of Mary. Our pedagogy is based around Project/Problem Based Learning and Flipped Classroom through a collaborative approach in PLTs and Team-Teaching
We are seeking a school leader to undertake the Diversity Coordinator 2 role at Parramatta Marist High School, leading inclusive learning through collaboration, instructional leadership and evidence-based practice. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting the diverse needs of students and to their own ongoing professional learning. This position is available to commence as soon as possible.

Exercises Catholic leadership and fosters the faith formation of students and staff
Leads the implementation of the diversity needs of the school
Creates and maintains an effective partnership with families and carers to support and improve students' achievement and personal development
Mentors and coaches teachers to make appropriate adjustments or interventions for students at the point of need
Coordinates the personalised planning process and collaborates with Leaders of Learning Pathways and stakeholders on developing personalised plans for students
Identifies and coordinates internal and external stakeholders, support services and agencies to respond to the needs of students including providers for diagnostic testing and assessment
Tracks, reports and meets compliance of assigned areas of responsibility and components of registration and accreditation in accordance with school, system and legislative requirements
Is responsible for the leadership and care of the members in the Wellbeing Centre
