The Opportunity

We are currently seeking trade-qualified Electricians to join our team at Wandoo Village for a camp refurbishment project.

These are project-specific casual roles based in the Pilbara region, with FIFO options available from Perth only. The roster is 8 days on, 6 days off, commencing 6 October 2026, with an initial project duration of 6–7 months. There may be opportunities for the right candidates to extend their employment and transfer to other projects upon completion of the initial project.

This position requires candidates to be fully RTIO inducted. We’re also looking for candidates who hold a Split System Installer License (Cert II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems). Candidates with these current qualifications would be looked at favourably.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across site
• Perform tasks to industry standards and in line with RTIO and project-specific requirements
• Read and interpret electrical plans and schematics
• Conduct regular testing, fault finding, and diagnostics
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Collaborate with project supervisors and trades to ensure project deadlines are met

Must Haves:

• WA Electrical License
• C Class Unrestricted Driver’s License
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Fully RTIO inducted or willing and able to complete inductions
• Working at Heights certification
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Respect for Indigenous culture and values
• Ability to be fit tested for respirator use

Other qualifications that are desirable:

• Cert II in Split Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems
• Electrical Nominee
