About the Role

As an integral member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for a broad range of general practice nursing duties, including:

• Assisting GPs with procedures and patient care

• Immunisations and vaccinations

• Care plans and health assessments

• Chronic disease management

• Wound care and dressings

• ECGs, spirometry and other clinical procedures

• Infection prevention and control

• Cold chain management

• Recalls and reminders

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the treatment room

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse in a GP or medical centre — this is essential

• Strong clinical skills and confidence working independently

• Experience with Best Practice software will be highly regarded

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, organised and reliable approach

• The ability to work efficiently in a busy general practice environment

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and working as part of a collaborative team
