Are you a highly organised logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join Coregas and play a key role in leading and coordinating the safe and efficient distribution of cylinder products across Victoria.

What you'll do:

• Lead and coordinate daily scheduling of metro and regional deliveries
• Manage fleet utilisation, load planning, and transport compliance
• Supervise, coach, and support drivers and operational team members
• Liaise with Sales, Operations, and customers to meet service demands
• Ensure Chain of Responsibility (CoR), DG, and safety requirements are met
• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance, and fleet performance
• Drive DIFOT performance and operational efficiency targets
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Contribute to team success and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in transport scheduling, fleet coordination, or logistics operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound knowledge of transport compliance, safety, and Chain of Responsibility requirements
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
