Job Description

Translate business and security requirements into user stories, process maps, use cases, functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Analyse current and future state business processes to improve security, operational effectiveness and customer outcomes. Support cyber risk assessments, control reviews and compliance activities to ensure solutions align with regulatory and organisational requirements. Work closely with architects, engineers and project delivery teams to ensure requirements are traceable, understood and delivered successfully. Contribute to business cases, impact assessments, implementation planning and governance reporting. Support testing, UAT, defect triage and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business and security objectives. Assist with change management and business readiness activities including documentation, communications and training support.

Strong understanding of technology delivery and business analysis practices across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience working on cyber security, technology transformation or risk-focused initiatives. Knowledge of payment systems, banking technology or highly regulated environments. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business audiences. Experience using Jira, Confluence and the broader Atlassian suite.
