The Team & Role 

Join a dedicated and highly collaborative Clinical Pharmacy team delivering safe, patient-centred medication management across Peninsula Care Group. Based within the busy Emergency Department and Emergency Short Stay Unit at Peninsula University Hospital, this role is integral to a multidisciplinary team providing care for a diverse range of acute and complex patients. As the Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine, you will lead and advance clinical pharmacy services, drive medication safety and quality improvement initiatives, support innovative pharmacist-led models of care, and contribute to education, research and workforce development, helping to improve patient outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced emergency care environment.

Skills & Experience Required 

• Registered pharmacist with AHPRA Pharmacy Board of Australia, with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
• Significant experience in provision of clinical pharmacy services in Emergency Medicine and experience in other clinical specialties.
• Experience in the critical evaluation of medical literature and demonstrated ability to translate into clinical practice.
• Experience in supervision and mentoring staff.
• Demonstrate commitment to further education and self-directed learning.
