The Team & Role
Join a dedicated and highly collaborative Clinical Pharmacy team delivering safe, patient-centred medication management across Peninsula Care Group. Based within the busy Emergency Department and Emergency Short Stay Unit at Peninsula University Hospital, this role is integral to a multidisciplinary team providing care for a diverse range of acute and complex patients. As the Senior Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine, you will lead and advance clinical pharmacy services, drive medication safety and quality improvement initiatives, support innovative pharmacist-led models of care, and contribute to education, research and workforce development, helping to improve patient outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced emergency care environment.
