Park Brown has been retained by a leading global cryptocurrency exchange to appoint a VIP Relationship Manager, based in Sydney.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the world's most recognised digital asset platforms and play a key role in expanding its presence across the Australian market.
Focused on high-net-worth individuals, family offices and sophisticated private clients, you'll be responsible for originating new business, building long-term client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience. Working alongside the institutional team, you'll focus on the private wealth segment, helping clients access a comprehensive suite of digital asset products and services while contributing directly to the company's continued growth across Australia.
This is a highly commercial role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, developing strategic partnerships and operating within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth across Australia through the acquisition, onboarding and long-term retention of high-value VIP clients.Develop and execute strategies to grow assets under management (AUM) and maximise client lifetime value across the firm's product offering.Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices and sophisticated investors, acting as their trusted relationship manager.Identify, develop and execute strategic partnerships that generate new client acquisition opportunities and strengthen market presence.Generate new business through referrals, networking and proactive business development activities.Deliver a premium client experience by working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding, account management and issue resolution.Collaborate with executive leadership to support broader commercial initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Australian business.Represent the business at industry events, networking functions and client meetings, acting as a trusted ambassador within the Australian digital assets community.Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, competitor activity and the evolving regulatory landscape to identify commercial opportunities.
About YouYou'll be an experienced relationship manager or business development professional with an established network across Australia's private wealth, financial services or cryptocurrency sectors.
You'll combine strong commercial instincts with an ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with sophisticated clients.
You'll likely bring:Proven experience managing or acquiring high-net-worth clients within cryptocurrency, digital assets, private banking, wealth management, financial markets or online trading.Demonstrated success generating new business and consistently achieving commercial or revenue targets.Experience developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, sophisticated investors or active traders.Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and the digital assets ecosystem, including the products and services relevant to sophisticated investors.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.Knowledge of the Australian financial services landscape and the regulatory environment surrounding digital assets would be highly advantageous.
