The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Graduate Accountant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative boutique firm environment where you will gain exposure to a broad range of clients and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will work closely with senior team members and partners across a range of accounting and advisory matters, including:

• Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals

• Business advisory and taxation services

• BAS and IAS preparation and lodgment

• Tax planning and compliance

• Assisting with business advisory engagements

• Liaising directly with clients and providing ongoing support

• Keeping abreast of changes in taxation legislation and accounting standards

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A degree in Accounting

• A positive attitude and great willingness to learn

• Intention to complete CA or CPA qualification

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong communication and client relationship skills

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
