Electrical Site Supervisor

We are currently working with a well-established electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation within the industry, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join their growing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating electricians, Leading Hands and apprentices on site
• Coordinating day-to-day electrical works to ensure projects remain on programme
• Managing labour, materials and site resources
• Liaising with Project Managers, builders, subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates
• Monitoring quality, safety and project progress
• Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
• Assisting with variations, scope changes and project requirements
• Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with relevant standards and specifications
• Providing leadership and mentoring to electricians and apprentices
• Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery

About You To be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

• A current NSW Electrical Licence
• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand
• Strong commercial construction experience
• Experience across commercial fit-outs, refurbishments or base-build projects
• The ability to lead and coordinate electrical teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and documentation
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• A strong focus on safety, quality and delivering projects on time
