About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our Bowen Hills Branch.
This is more than just an Internal Sales role. It's an opportunity to build strong customer relationships, develop your product knowledge and play an important part in helping our customers succeed.
Working closely with customers, Account Managers and the broader branch team, you'll be involved in everything from customer enquiries and quotations through to supporting sales growth and delivering outstanding service. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems and being part of a supportive team, this could be the role for you.

About You
You're someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great customer experiences. You take pride in your work, communicate confidently and enjoy working as part of a team.
You may already have experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or another customer-facing role, and you're looking for an opportunity to continue developing your skills and career with a respected Australian business.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships. 
• Managing customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Supporting customers by providing product advice and identifying suitable solutions. 
• Working collaboratively with Account Managers and the wider branch team to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. 
• Taking ownership of customer requests and ensuring timely communication and follow-up. 
• Developing product knowledge and maintaining an understanding of LSC systems, products and processes. 
• Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting the overall success of the QLD Branch.
   

To be successful in the role, you will have

• Experience in customer service, internal sales or a similar customer-facing role. 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
• A professional and confident phone manner. 
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems. 
• Excellent organisation and time management skills. 
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• A strong customer focus and commitment to delivering quality service.
