Executive Assistant – Commercial Banking

Make an impact:

As the Executive Assistant, you will provide 1-1 dedicated support to the General Manager, Commercial Banking NSW, helping drive priorities and deliver impactful outcomes across the business.

This role will be based in Sydney CBD, with the opportunity to work from other CBA locations across Sydney as needed to support the General Manager and business requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Diary and inbox management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and ensuring an efficient use of time.Coordinating internal meetings with senior stakeholders – including liaising with other EAs and arranging meeting room bookings.Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events (including catering where required).Participation in meetings – coordinating agendas, minutes, actions and tracking.Coordinating domestic travel arrangements, and processing expensesAssisting with onboarding and offboarding.Support the Business Improvement Executive to assist with requests from the GMProvide team support as required

We're interested in hearing from people with the following:

Previous Executive Assistant experience with the ability to be tech savvy and pick up new systems with ease.The ability to manage workflow and conflicting priorities, work well under pressure and be solution focused.Self-motivation, a pro-active style with exceptional attention to detail whilst maintaining confidentiality.An ability to build stakeholder relationships with ease and inherent desire to provide excellent customer service.
