Customer Service Officer

With six branches across Sydney, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong, long-term relationships. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Botany branch.

About the Role: 

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers from enquiry through to order completion. You’ll be responsible for processing sales orders accurately, providing outstanding service, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and manage customer sales orders

• Liaise with internal teams to confirm and coordinate orders

• Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Provide friendly, efficient service at the sales counter

• Assist customers with product selection and prepare accurate quotations

• Support the Branch Manager with sales and administrative tasks

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles, 

• Attention to detail 

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Experience in the building or roofing industry is an advantage, but not essential

This is a full-time position, and candidates must be available Monday to Friday.
