Customer Service Representative (Temporary Full-Time)

Location: Richmond, VIC (Hybrid options available following initial training)

Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour + 12% Superannuation

Key Dates & Attendance

• In-Person Assessment Centre: Tuesday, September 2nd
• Commencement Date: Monday, September 21st
• Mandatory Training: Must be fully available for a 6-week full-time training program on-site at the Richmond office (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Unplanned leave during this period cannot be accommodated.

Workplace Flexibility & Roster

• Operating Hours: Full-time rotating roster between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Balance: No weekends and standard public holidays off.
• Hybrid Work: Hybrid options (e.g., 3–4 days working from home) become available following the initial on-site onboarding period.
