About the role
We are seeking an outstanding and relational educational leader to join our Primary leadership team in a full time role as Dean of Students K-6. This is a significant leadership opportunity for a passionate Christian educator who is committed to student wellbeing, pastoral care, discipleship, and fostering a thriving school culture.
The Dean of Students K-6 plays a pivotal role in shaping the student experience across the Primary years. Working closely with Senior Leadership, teachers, students, and families, the Dean provides strategic and operational leadership in student wellbeing, behaviour, pastoral care, and community culture.
The successful candidate will champion a proactive approach to student wellbeing, ensuring every child is known, supported, encouraged, and challenged to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. They will cultivate strong partnerships with families, support teachers in effective student management practices, and contribute to a positive and Christ-centred learning environment where students can flourish, informed by a Biblical worldview and aligned with our Great Learning, Well People framework.
