Maintenance Person

About the role

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person with trade experience to join our team - handling pre-handover tasks and 90-day warranty defects on new-build homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, with a keen eye for detail and a professional attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across residential properties

• Gyprock patching and repairs

• Silicone work and caulking

• Painting and surface preparation

• Timber repairs, including doors, door frames, and other fixtures

• General handyman tasks as required

• Follow established procedures and complete work to a high standard

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

About you

• Proven trade experience in general maintenance or building repairs

• Strong skills in gyprock repair, painting, silicone/caulking, and timber work

• Ability to work independently and unsupervised

• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Good communication and people skills

• Ability to follow policies, and job-specific procedures

• Valid driver's license and reliable transport

• Fully equipped with your own trade tools (essential)
